Treadle sewing machine

This is a treadle sewing machine that my mother used until about 15 years ago.
It was purchased approximately 50-60 years ago, or around that time, but the exact date is unknown.
There is significant dirt and dust accumulation.
The drive belt is broken.
It is unknown whether the sewing machine itself is in working order.
It is quite heavy.
If desired, bobbins and other parts can be included.
