Flamenco Skirt Emerald Green

I purchased this on this site. I intended to use it as a petticoat, but I haven't had many opportunities to wear it, so I hope someone else can use it.
The fabric is soft and it flares out generously.
The color appears a bit light blue in the photos, but it's actually an emerald green.
