China, Ethnic Instrument, Chinese Pipe, Recorder, Vertical Flute, Junk

Decluttering various items, so please feel free to inquire about bundle deals.

This is a Chinese-style recorder? (Chūkan) that I received as a souvenir from China. I'm unsure if it produces sound, so it's being sold as junk. Comes with a fingering chart?

Includes a storage case, but the case is damaged.
The instrument itself has no noticeable scratches or dirt.
I'm selling it at a low price, so please only purchase if you understand that it's a home-stored item. To minimize shipping costs, it will be sent in simple packaging.
