The appearance of the waist sash design varies depending on the style. There is a photo showing the length from the otaiko (bow part), so please check the length and position of the wrap against your own style.

The base obi used for the main sash is a summer obi, making it very light, thin, and relatively easy to handle.
The otaiko part has a plastic board inserted to maintain its shape, but if you want the waist sash to be perfectly straight and taut, it might be better to use a帯板 (obi-ita, a stiffener for the obi) properly.

This is a one-piece pre-tied obi.
How to wear: Wrap the pre-tied obi around your waist and secure it with Velcro. Then, firmly fix it with an obi-jime (cord) or belt.
(Even if the overlapping part of the Velcro is small, it will not shift once secured.)

As this is handmade for personal enjoyment, it is not perfect like a mass-produced item, but it is made with care.
Also, the obi used is often a recycled obi. The texture, weight, and condition of damage vary from time to time. We select the cleanest ones possible and describe them in detail, but please understand that each item is not exactly the same (о´∀`о)
