Brother Scanner ADS-2800W (Wired/Wireless LAN Compatible/ADF)
This is a document scanner from Brother.
It has been tested and is confirmed to be in working order. You don't need any complicated settings; just plug in the USB, set your paper, and press the button, just like in the image, to digitize your documents. It's surprisingly easy. You can also connect it to your PC via a dedicated cable for a wired connection, or transmit data wirelessly. It offers detailed settings, allowing you to save the front and back of a page as separate files (each as one page), or as a single file with both sides combined. It supports various file formats like PDF and JPEG, and includes OCR functionality. This means after scanning a book, you can search for specific words or even have all pages read aloud.
I used it to digitize thick textbooks and heavy reference books so I could carry them on my PC. It was incredibly convenient because I could search for keywords in the index instead of flipping through pages to find what I needed. I used it for about 2 years. It's also great for manga and novels, and since it captures images beautifully, I'd recommend it for photo albums too.
