Max 400g capacity manual coffee roaster

This is a handmade, hand-crank coffee roaster with a cover, capable of roasting 100g to 400g.

It has been used 5-6 times after purchase here.

Drum: Stainless steel.
★ Rotation shaft: Steel, Agitator blades: Aluminum
There are 2 agitator blades on the side of the drum + 2 blades at the rear of the drum. The side blades are attached at a slight angle to the drum, creating a structure that makes uneven roasting difficult.

Stainless steel cover (frame: aluminum)
- Prevents heat from the burner from escaping and heats the beans from all directions, allowing for ideal roasting.
- The flip-up design means you don't have to worry about where to put the cover when stopping the roast.

You can measure the temperature during roasting.
★ Thermometer is not included.
- Temperature control during roasting allows for highly reproducible results.
- A cooking thermometer can be inserted into the small hole (4.5Φ) in front of the loading port.
- The test spoon can be inserted and removed even when the thermometer is attached.

★ Caution!! Since this is a different use than intended for a cooking thermometer, you are responsible for any issues arising from its use or malfunction.

★ Caution!! The drum cannot be removed without first removing the thermometer.
