N/A Antique Asian Wooden Rice Measure Box - Primitive Wabi-Sabi Distressed

Authentic antique primitive wooden rice bucket/measuring box. This piece features a gorgeous deeply-aged patina, classic exposed finger-joint construction, and old hand-hammered rustic metal repair brackets. It boasts an incredible, heavily weathered look that perfectly fits Wabi-Sabi, rustic farmhouse, Japandi, or industrial primitive decor styles. This is a heavily distressed, primitive antique item sold for decorative use, it is non-food-safe. Rustic Features: natural wood erosion, splitting, old metal repair plates/staples, gaps between boards, rough, exposed metal nail/staple tips protruding through the wood floor. It is structurally intact to display on a shelf, but it is not suitable for holding liquids, loose grains, food or heavy objects. Please review all photos carefully to appreciate the authentic, imperfect history of this piece. #Antique #WabiSabi #Primitive #Farmhouse #RusticDecor #Distressed
