Nakade Rokutaro Classic Guitar 1963 Vintage - Adjusted

Rokutaro Nakade
1963 Classic Guitar

This is a classic guitar from Rokutaro Nakade, one of the key figures in the rise of Japanese-made classic guitars.

-- Condition --
While there are scratches and some unevenness in the finish overall, there are no cracks in the wood or lifting of the bridge, making this a guitar that can be enjoyed as a player's instrument.
The tuning machines have been replaced with new Gotoh (35G1800) tuners.

There is a slight top sink and limited saddle height adjustment remaining, but the action has been set to a standard string height.

The neck has a thinner profile than typical for a classic guitar.

This instrument offers a unique, atmospheric tone that cannot be found in new guitars. We highly recommend considering it.
