I acquired this item used and modified it for convenience.

Normally, CTL1 and CTL2 can be used by adding external footswitches, but I have added the footswitch components internally and connected them so that they can be used without adding external footswitches.

Many recent preamps and multi-effects units can assign MIDI signals, so I believe this will be useful when combined with them.
(I used it to switch amp channels and turn reverb on/off.)

It was working before being stored long-term in a closet.
Due to lack of time and equipment, I have only confirmed that it powers on in its current state.
However, if you indicate your intention to purchase in the comments, I will reconfirm its operation.
