These are knee-length culottes from the Taiwanese brand a la sha.
They have been worn about 2 times. For me, at 155cm tall, they were just below the knee, and I felt they were a bit too short, which is why I wore them infrequently. They have been stored at home for some time. a la sha is a brand with many unique designs, but their stores are filled with very cute clothes, making it a fun place to shop for outfits. I believe they cost around 14,000-15,000 yen when purchased.
