This is a bolt of Akashi Chijimi kimono fabric.
The base color is a very light cream.
The pattern is a large plaid in a wine-red color.
It has a Chigiriya tag attached.

This item has been stored at home. We believe it was purchased about 15 years ago.
It is unused, but due to age, several small foxing spots have appeared (see photo 4).
The Slightly scratched or dirty condition refers to these foxing spots.

Size:
Width: 37cm
Length cannot be measured, but it is a standard kimono bolt.
100% Silk. As the tag is still attached, it is believed that it has not undergone any pre-treatment like yunoshi (steaming for sizing).
