Apple Apple Watch Series 3 38mm

Bought through Poshmark, original seller said it was a series 4/40mm but that wasn't the case when I received it. I tried to return it and bought another watch. It does work, has a decent battery life. The bottom part of the band is stuck and won't come off. No scratches. Will come with charger
