We apply rust prevention treatment upon delivery. After polishing with a grinder, we wash with dish soap and apply olive oil, so it's ready for immediate use.
We do not apply heat-resistant coating.
Heat resistance:
Heat-resistant coating: 600-800℃
Fire/charcoal temperature: 1000-2000℃
Therefore, heat-resistant coating is meaningless and harmful to the human body.
Bending is done according to material standards. For D13, the bend will be a 3D R39 curve, as determined by the machine.
If bent too sharply, the iron will stretch and weaken. Please refer to the photos.
After use, wipe with olive oil or salad oil, and once cooled, store in a cardboard box. (*^^*)
