This is a samue (workwear) from Gyoza no Manshu, purchased at Tomeikan.
It was worn as loungewear about 3-4 times after purchase and then stored.
There are no stains or damage.

The size is M.
For me, at 156cm, the fit is similar to the staff member in the 3rd photo.
