The condition is very good with no noticeable stains or dirt. The length is a generous 1274. Please allow for slight errors.

First Torao Moriyama specialized in fine-patterned indigo dyeing techniques for men's clothing and was certified as an Important Intangible Cultural Property Holder in May 1959.
He received numerous awards through his continuous efforts in preserving techniques, creating better products, and researching patterns suitable for the times. His grandson, Torao Moriyama II, who inherited the Kagasuri (mosquito pattern) technique from his grandfather Tomikichi and his father First Torao, was also certified as a Living National Treasure.
