VECTOR GLIDE Vector Glide Novelty Coaster?

Thank you for looking.
This was a gift when I purchased a board.
It is still in the condition it was received, unopened.
Honestly, I'm not sure of its purpose, but it's likely a coaster.
The material is rubber.
The highlighter is shown for size comparison.
Please refrain from returns or complaints after purchase.
Thank you.
