① Place soaked rice in the kneading container. Add water to the boiler, close the lid, and press the Steam key.
② When the steaming completion buzzer sounds, remove the lid and press the Pound/Knead key.
③ Delicious, chewy mochi is ready.
Easy-to-remove container: The kneading container has a handle for easy removal and a fluorine resin coating for easy mochi removal.
