The Extra Cold Cooler works by setting a refrigerated can of Asahi Super Dry (500ml or 350ml) and a dedicated cylinder filled with a specially concentrated salt solution, which has been stored in the freezer for over a day and frozen, into the unit. The can and cylinder rotate together, cooling the can and beer to below freezing point.
Insert the can into the dedicated cylinder hole, which accommodates four dedicated cylinders, and rotate. It takes approximately 5 minutes to cool a 500ml can and approximately 3 minutes to cool a 350ml can to below freezing point (-2℃ to 0℃).
