Wood carving, folk art, stamp tray with floral carving

Rectangular wooden piece with floral carvings.

It's unclear if it's a plate or a tray (like a stamp tray), but it measures approximately 15cm x 24cm.

It's likely Sanuki-bori folk art, but this is not confirmed.
The sticker on the back says:
Wood carving, Utility Model Registered, Folk Art.

It comes with a box and is unused, but has been stored at home for a long time. Please only purchase if you understand this.
There is a scratch (or similar mark) that is visible depending on the angle, as shown in the 5th photo.
