Chein & Co. “Made in U.S.A.” shield mark on bottom - Bottom has handwritten name “Carol Lee” and date “Aug 23, 1940,” giving the piece some really charming provenance - Great piece of early American tin toy / coin bank history! - Made in the USA - Material: Lithographed tin/metal - Condition: Vintage/antique pre-owned condition with substantial age-related wear throughout, including scratches, scuffs, small dents/bends and other surface wear.
