Cedar innocence carved plate woodwork wooden plate

Approximately 18 x 3 cm, inner diameter approximately 15 cm.

This is an item from my parents' home, so I don't know the details, but judging by the careful craftsmanship and beauty, it doesn't look like a mass-produced item.
There is a character 秀 (Hide) inside a circle on the back, which I believe might indicate the artist or workshop.
The wood grain resembles Yakusugi (Japanese cedar from Yakushima Island), and it looks similar to other Yakusugi pieces I have at home, but I cannot be certain.

It appears to have been finished with urushi lacquer (fuki-urushi), giving it an extremely natural, unpainted wood look while also seeming resistant to stains. It is in good condition with no signs of use.

Would anyone interested like to have it?
In my personal opinion, it is a chic and stylish vessel.
