Javelin Throw Blue Track and Field Baseball

This is a practice javelin for use in junior high school track and field.
It recently gained attention as professional baseball pitchers began using it for training.

It has been used, but there are no noticeable scratches. I believe it is in relatively clean condition.
The rubber tip also seems to be in decent shape.
