The back features Velcro, allowing it to be attached to plate carriers, chest rigs, pouches, etc.

Photos 2, 3, and 4 show examples of cartridge usage.
Cartridges for the Tokyo Marui SAA are thicker than others, so they will fit very snugly.
We have not been able to confirm fit with other cartridges as we do not have them on hand.

The cartridges are secured with elastic bands, so they are unlikely to fall out even when running or shaking vigorously.

Photo 7 shows the thickness when a cartridge (Tokyo Marui) is inserted.

Highly recommended for reloading during games when there are still rounds left in the cylinder. Attaching it to a plate carrier, chest rig, etc., allows for very smooth reloads.

The design makes the cartridges easily visible, making it recommended for its visual appeal as well.
