A beautiful, handmade Belgian bobbin lace triangular lace doily.

Likely Bruges lace from the 19th to early 20th century.

Features a beautiful floral motif with oxeye daisies, clover, leaves, and gracefully curved stems.

The gauze-like openwork mesh woven with fine threads, subtle petal veins, and leaf veins create a cool, airy feel.

The outer edge boasts elegant scalloped petals and leaves.

Delicate picot lace in needlework adorns the double bridges of the spaces.

A mellow, slightly deep cream tone. A gentle antique ivory with a touch of patina. Soft, smooth, and light and fluffy. A dry, silky texture. The threads are likely cotton, or a cotton and linen blend.
