Antique Wooden Hibachi Brazier with Trivet and Ash, Keyaki Zelkova Wood, Showa Retro, Old Tool

This is a traditional Japanese heating appliance, a wooden square hibachi.
It has a solid and substantial construction, with beautiful wood grain that stands out.
The inner hearth (otoshi) is made of copper, and it comes with an iron trivet and ash, so you can use it immediately if you have charcoal.
In addition to practical use, it is also very popular for remaking into a side table or low table by placing a glass top on it, or as a display for Japanese-style interiors.
