Handmade Antique Very Old‎ Estate Find Handmade Silk Satin Lap Bed Quilt 64x69"

Quilt is gorgeous. Not quite sure if it's satin or silk, but I did take a lot of photos for the previous buyer to see. The story behind this quilt is that a king out of an estate of a man from a home that was over 200 years old in my local town period I was told by the person holding the estate sale that the quilt was over 200 years old as well but I cannot confirm period the only way I think that that would be possible is if it was family owned and handed down. That being said the condition of the quilt, it's entirely intact with no major rips or tears, there are some very small loose pulls but no holes. This quilt absolutely needs to be clean comma, it smells very old and has a musky vinegar smell. It does have some stains on the back side cotton throughout and some staining on the front , mostly which looks like possibly bleach stains in a few areas throughout the front. This quilt is very old, so do not expect met condition, but it's fully intact. And once it's cleaned properly , it will look absolutely gorgeous in an older home.
