Navy Stripe Pattern Obi 100% Silk Hirano-ya

Navy striped 100% silk obi (sash).
My father purchased this for ¥6,500 at a kimono shop, but it was never used and has been stored at home.
There are very faint yellow stains on the white pattern, only visible upon very close inspection, and they are so faint they don't show up in photos.
