This is a piece where the design of plump, rounded cranes gently stands out against a calm, deep base color.
The hem is adorned with a pine, bamboo, and plum pattern,
with subtle gold leaf and mother-of-pearl decorations adding a touch of glamour.

It has an embroidered single crest and is made without a double layer,
so although it is a Irotomesode (colored formal kimono),
it can be worn with the same sense as a Houmongi (semi-formal kimono).

There are no noticeable stains or dirt when worn.
It is believed to be pure silk.
