Rifle Rifle Girls 8.5 Red Checked Tartan Plaid Skirt ( Shorts). Exc. Quality

This is a fantastic, excellent quality Red plaid Rifle brand girls 10.5 uniform skirt. Classic plaid, normal signs of typical wear. I have four girls and some of them had hemmed skirts (all professionally done) but, I am unsure on this one. Measurements in pics. These skirts last forever! Thanks for looking!
