Wataru Aoyama, Around the Gion Festival, Japanese Painting, Geisha, Maiko, Gold Leaf, Silver Leaf

This is a Japanese painting titled Gionkai no Koro by Wakan Aoyama☆

Includes frame
Height: approx. 52cm
Width: approx. 43cm
Depth: approx. 5cm

My family purchased this for 350,000 yen about 15-16 years ago.
I was told it was custom-ordered through an art dealer.
It uses gold and silver leaf and is incredibly beautiful (*^^*)

It was stored in its box in a dark place and was rarely displayed.
I don't see any particular scratches or deterioration on the painting itself or the frame, but the outer box has stains and marks where tape was removed.
Please understand that this is amateur storage.

Since I no longer have space to display it, I would be happy if someone who likes it could use it (*^^*)
