This is the popular jersey hakama [Chō] from Zen Nippon Budogu.
Not only are the details elaborate, such as the tapered ends of the drawstrings, the wrapped stitching of the hakama stopper, and the inner pleats, but the deep navy color and soft fabric make this an exceptionally practical item.
I've decided to part with it because the 85cm length from the front drawstring was a little short for me.
It has been used only a few times, and there are no holes or shininess on the knees.
