While the batter head shows some signs of use,
unlike the common quirks of used Ultra Cast snares such as deep scratches or chipped black paint on the shell, this snare, as you can see from a detailed inspection of all the images, is in near-perfect condition with virtually no such flaws!
If you replace the head with a new one, it would be indistinguishable from a new (display model) at a musical instrument store! Furthermore, it has been disassembled, maintained, and cleaned before being listed.
It produces a fantastic sound, and I've cherished it as a treasured snare that I rarely used for live performances. However, I have too many instruments in my collection and need to declutter... But because it's such a beautiful instrument, I absolutely don't want to sell it for a sad price, so price negotiations are not possible.
