Hand Weight 500 Grams Weight Training
These are worn on the hands by slipping your fingers through them.
Unlike wrist weights, they are not simply wrapped around the wrist, so they will not come off or shift even during intense movement.
The weights are located on the back of the hand.
Each weighs 500 grams (500 grams for the right hand + 500 grams for the left hand).
They have been used very little, and there are no extremely noticeable stains that would be personally concerning. However, there may be some faint marks, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such details.
