Shinai Bag Handmade Yukata Fabric Obi Cord Nordic Stick and Other Long Items Sword Bag
This is a shinai bag made from yukata fabric.
The inner lining is made of blue canvas. The bottom has been reinforced with a thick, black velvet-like fabric.
The photo shows a 39-size shinai placed inside.
The drawstring at the top uses a pure silk obijime (approximately 90 cm when folded in half).
Pure silk cords feel good against the skin, and when tied securely, they are difficult to untie and look very stylish.
I originally made this for a friend, but I still had some yukata fabric left, so I decided to make it for someone who would appreciate the pattern.
Please understand that as this is a handmade item by an amateur, there may be some imperfections or unevenness.
I would be happy if you are interested and choose to use it.
The length can be adjusted by folding, so it can also be used for children's items or other long, rod-shaped objects (such as bokken, fishing rods, or Nordic walking poles).
