This is a replica sword (with a groove in the blade).
This is a rare set of a long sword and a short sword with leather wrapping.
While it is best suited for display, the hi-nari (sound of the groove) is good, and due to the leather wrapping, it can also be used as a practice sword for iaido.
As it is a used item, there may be some scratches, but it is relatively clean.
There is a crack in the sharkskin on the long sword. *Please refer to image 15.
The sageo (sword knot) had deteriorated with age, so it has been replaced with Sanada-style braided cord.
It has been maintained and stored.
