PS2 KONAMI Keyboard Mania Dedicated Controller RU025

This item was found while cleaning out my parents' house.
It was used very little and has been stored for a long time.
It was working fine at the time.

I cannot confirm its operation on a PS2 console as I no longer have the software, but I did connect it to a computer and confirmed that the buttons respond.
All accessories are included, and what is shown in the images is everything that comes with it.
This is a used item, so please only purchase if you understand this.
As it is an old item, I am listing it as junk for now.
Please be aware of this in advance.
