N/A Super Rare Brass Steel Octogan Tray Signed Inscribed. Great Find!

This is a super rare tray. It has the color and weight of brass however, the back looks more like steel. There is a handwritten inscription on the back but unable to determine the language or signature. A great conversation piece for any vintage or metalware collector and an excellent find for someone who knows it's true value!
