Introducing a replica of the Higo Dōtanuki Masakuni (Kozuke no Suke).
Masakuni initially used the name Masakatsu. Upon the entry of Kato Kiyomasa into Kumamoto Castle, he became an employed swordsmith and was granted the name Masakuni by Kiyomasa-ko.
Dōtanuki swords became popular for their strength, being unbreakable, unbendable, and sharp, leading to them being sought after by warlords.
Masakuni was later recognized for his achievements and received the title of Kozuke no Suke.
